Message by China Buying Agent:

Agent here will only be held responsible for any wrong item, color, size ordered. NOT responsible for ordering the right item, but seller send the wrong or faulty item. Although myself here do checks, but afterall, it's only another layer of protection offered for customers' assurance. this protection is for customers, not a liability on agent.

Due to seller's fault (If seller agrees to exchange); item to send back to china at customer's expense (including courier). in return, agent will do the exchange work and have it ship back to sg at no cost.

Due to agent's fault;
1)Take in items at no shipping charges.
2) Exchange procedure. Agent to bear any cost to and fro.

No more such cases as seller refund. or even agent refund or even you (organizer: frinky) refund.
We're not selling 3x the item cost price, so it make no sense on refund.

As for the above cases on refund exchange are classic examples. We'll closed all the existing ones before commencing this new terms and conditions.

Important Terms and Conditions:
1. Post your orders ONLY once you have confirmed on the items you are purchasing. Order made without payment will not be entertained.

2. Please double check your items, make sure they are the correct size, colour and URL before sending us the orders. I am and will not be responsible for any issues such as incorrect in size, colour and the quality of the items.

3. You are NOT allowed to cancel your items or orders once the spree had closed. However, refund will only be made for OOS (Out of Stock) item.

4. Spree-ers must take time off to collect spree purchase or opt for registered mail. All sprees should be collected within 1 month from date of arrival. (If you are unable to take it please email me).

5. Kindly arrange for self collection if you wish to save on postage cost.

6. Please DO NOT participate in the spree if you do not trust me.

7. Please pay me Singapore dollars , SGD . (Unless otherwise specified)

8. I shall not responsible if items does not meet your expectations , be it in colour, quality, size, etc. (If it is colour issues, please understand that different computers have got different resolutions. If it is the size, do allow a variation of approximately 2cm.)

9. I shall not be responsible if seller sent out the wrong items, be it in colours or size. I will double confirm and check your orders prior to sending out the order list to the supplier.
